Promotion period: Opens Sunday 11 October 2026 and closes Sunday 18 October 2026 at 7:00 pm AEST.
Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, including new and existing Naturopathy Gold Coast clients. The promoter and anyone directly involved in administering or drawing the giveaway are excluded.

One entry per person across both platforms. Multiple comments or entries on both platforms do not increase the chance of winning. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
The Prize
One lucky winner will receive:
A personalised naturopathic and nutritional consultation valued at AUD $220. New clients will receive an initial consultation. Existing clients will receive a follow-up consultation, with the remaining value credited towards future consultations. Any unused consultation credit expires six months after the winner is notified.
One handcrafted Golden Glow Tea blend, subject to individual suitability. An appropriate alternative will be provided if the blend is unsuitable.
One Botani Spirulina Salt Scrub.
One 90-day Gratitude Reflection Journal.
One AUD $100 spa voucher, with the provider selected by the promoter according to the winner's location and available services.
Winner Selection and Notification
One eligible entry will be randomly selected on Monday 19 October 2026 at 5:00 am AEST, at the promoter's private premises in Queensland.
Eligible entries from Instagram and Facebook will be combined for the draw, with duplicate entries removed where identifiable.
The winner will be contacted privately through the social media platform used to enter and announced through Naturopathy Gold Coast's official social media accounts.
The winner will be asked to respond within 14 days of notification, to confirm eligibility and provide the information necessary to arrange delivery of the prize.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not claim the prize, the promoter will follow applicable trade-promotion requirements for unclaimed prizes, including any required further notification or redraw arrangements. An alternative winner will not be selected unless permitted by applicable law.
Prize Arrangements
The consultation is available online Australia-wide.
Physical gifts will be posted to an Australian delivery address supplied by the winner, at the promoter's expense.
The consultation and any associated credit are not redeemable for cash.
The spa voucher provider will be selected based on the winner's location and availability of suitable spa services. The voucher will be valued at AUD $100 and subject to the selected provider's published terms, conditions and expiry date, which will be communicated to the winner.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, except where an appropriate substitution is required for safety, availability or applicable law.
Health and Individual Suitability
The Golden Glow Tea contains botanical ingredients that may not be suitable for everyone, including people taking certain medications or with particular health conditions. Suitability will be assessed before it is supplied, and an alternative gift will be offered where appropriate.
The consultation provides individualised naturopathic and nutritional support and does not guarantee a particular health outcome.
Privacy
Personal information provided by the winner will be used to verify eligibility, arrange the consultation and deliver the prizes.
Entrants will not automatically be subscribed to marketing communications as a condition of entry.
